Hope Valley Climate Action, a community led charity has recently become a community hub in the Peak District. We're hosting our first clean up with Trash Free Trails this Spring.
Meet at Bamford Station in the Hope Valley for 17:45 for an evening roam along the River Derwent Footpath along to Hathersage, collecting as much rubbish as we go.
Route 5.6km, taking approx 1hr 30mins. Mostly flat but uneven and sometimes narrow in places.
Bring gloves (for picking up litter), layers, a bottle of water, suitable shoes with grip and of course yourself, a friend, your family!
After the walk there is an optional drink and social in Hathersage before catching trains, buses, wheels home.
